Thus, we are building the firm around exceptional talent.\nThe role\nWe are looking for a Junior Java Software Developer to join Fasanara Digital and contribute to systems supporting our 24/7 trading activity, with guidance from experienced engineers.\nThe role will focus on contributing to the development and maintenance of our multi-venue collateral management platform, alongside new reference data and accounting infrastructure supporting both digital assets and traditional financial markets.\nThis is a hands-on engineering role within a small, high-performing team, with opportunities to learn from experienced colleagues. You will work on well-defined tasks across both new development and existing production systems, helping to build new functionality and maintain and improve established code. We are looking for a self-starter who takes initiative, follows through on tasks, and asks for guidance when needed.\nExperience in financial services, trading, banking, or digital assets is welcome but not required.
