For additional information on the Distribution Administrator and Loan Administrator Certificate Program, please visit NIPA’s website at www.nipa.org.\n\nJob Responsibilities:\nResponsible for answering the Nova participant services line phone calls and emails\nWork directly with participants and clients to help initiate requests through the recordkeeper sites and answer questions related to pending requests\nEstablish solid working relationships with all vendors and plan sponsors to ensure open and accurate communication\nProvide data entry assistance for Distribution Department\nPursue and attain NIPA’s Distribution Administrator and Loan Administrator Certificates\nPerform other related duties as required\n Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree required\nBilingual speaking is a plus\nAbility to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision\nSuperior organizational and coordination skills\nFlexibility, adaptability, and ability to multi-task\nCoachable and committed to professional development\nExperience in a customer service or call center setting a plus but not required\nCompensation and Benefits:\nBase Hourly Pay: $21-$25 per hour\nWork Location/Hours:\nWork from Home\nMust work from USA and be authorized to work for any US employer\nWe will supply all necessary computer equipment\n40 hour work week, 8 hours per day, Monday-Friday\n We get it.
