We have a nationally recognized sales team allowing us to grow continuously and provide career advancement opportunities for our professionals.\nJob Responsibilities:\nProvide support and guidance to HR generalists, management, and other staff when complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues arise; may be required to administer and execute routine tasks in delicate circumstances such as providing reasonable accommodations, investigating allegations of wrongdoing, and terminations\nCreate learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees\nManage benefits and 401(k) administration, including change reporting, invoice review, and communication of benefit information to employees\nManage annual benefit renewal process and open enrollment\nManage annual performance review and salary increase process\nCreate and perform various training programs including management training\nEnsure benefit programs comply with applicable law, regulations, and best practices\nStay current with HR and benefits laws and regulations\nRespond to government and agency inquiries and comply with all reporting requirements, escalating matters as appropriate\nSpearhead maintaining the Nova 401(k) Associates Employee Handbook\nTrack employee compliance with continuing education and training requirements\nPrepare semi-monthly reports to management\nCoordinate with Talent Acquisition Manager; Our goal is to have HR Generalist and Payroll & Benefit Coordinator report to HR manager in 6 months to 18 months\nPerform other related duties as required\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in human resources or other business major\nMinimum five years’ experience as a HR Generalist\nBenefits and payroll experience a plus\nExperience with Paylocity a plus\nAbility to maintain confidential information\nExcellent judgment about when to seek guidance from management\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\nSuperior organizational and coordination skills\nProficiency in MS Excel and MS Word\nCommitted to lifelong learning and coachable\nCompensation and Benefits:\nBase Salary $95,000 - $115,000, plus bonus\nMedical, dental, disability, and life insurance\nPaid time off\n401(k) plan with employer match\nWork Location/Hours:\nWork from home\nMust work from USA and be authorized to work for any US employer\nApproximately 1-2 times per year travel to home office, company training, or industry events\nNo international travel\nWe will supply all necessary computer equipment\nWork hours: 37.5 hours per week; You may choose a start time between 7:30am and 8:30am in your time zone.\n\n We get it.
