spécifications clients et les procédures internes.\nEffectuer les inspections et les tests requis selon les spécifications établies et les procédures internes.\nVérifier les dimensions, l’apparence, l’adhésion, la résistance et les autres caractéristiques des produits selon les exigences applicables.\nIdentifier, documenter et communiquer les non-conformités détectées en production\nParticiper aux analyses de causes et au suivi des actions correctives et préventives.\nCollaborer avec les équipes de production afin de résoudre les problèmes de qualité et prévenir leur récurrence.\nParticiper aux investigations liées aux plaintes clients et fournir les données nécessaires aux analyses.\nAssurer le respect des procédures de contrôle qualité, des règles d’hygiène et des exigences de salubrité applicables.\nParticiper à la préparation et au maintien de la documentation requise pour les audits et certifications BRCGS.\nMaintenir les équipements et instruments de contrôle propres, fonctionnels et correctement calibrés.\nEffectuer toute autre tâche connexe.\n||\nConduct quality control checks on raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished products in accordance with customer specifications and internal procedures.\nConduct the required inspections and tests in accordance with established specifications and internal procedures.\nVerify the dimensions, appearance, adhesion, strength, and other characteristics of products in accordance with applicable requirements.\nIdentify, document, and report nonconformities detected during production.\nParticipate in root cause analyses and the follow-up of corrective and preventive actions.\nCollaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and prevent their recurrence.\nParticipate in investigations related to customer complaints and provide the necessary data for analysis.\nEnsure compliance with quality control procedures, hygiene rules, and applicable food safety requirements.\nParticipate in the preparation and maintenance of documentation required for BRCGS audits and certifications.\nKeep control equipment and instruments clean, functional, and properly calibrated.\nPerform any other related tasks.\nExigences\nExigences\nDEP, DEC ou formation pertinente en contrôle qualité, procédés industriels, chimie, production ou domaine connexe.\nExpérience en contrôle qualité dans un environnement manufacturier, idéalement dans l’industrie de l’emballage flexible.\nBonne capacité à lire et interpréter des spécifications, procédures et fiches techniques.\nBonne connaissance des outils de mesure et des méthodes de contrôle qualité.\nCapacité à travailler avec rigueur et précision.\nBonne capacité d’analyse et de résolution de problèmes.\nBonne connaissance des normes de qualité et de salubrité alimentaire, un atout.\nConnaissance de BRCGS, HACCP ou des normes liées à l’emballage alimentaire, un atout.\nBonne maîtrise du français, à l’oral et à l’écrit.\nConnaissance fonctionnelle de l’anglais, à l’oral et à l’écrit.\n||\nDEP, DEC, or relevant training in quality control, industrial processes, chemistry, production, or a related field.\nExperience in quality control in a manufacturing environment, ideally in the flexible packaging industry.\nStrong ability to read and interpret specifications, procedures, and technical data sheets.\nGood knowledge of measuring tools and quality control methods.\nAbility to work with rigor and precision.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nGood knowledge of quality and food safety standards is a plus.\nKnowledge of BRCGS, HACCP, or food packaging standards is a plus.\nGood command of French, both spoken and written.\nWorking knowledge of English, both spoken and
