invoices to bookings, receipts, or purchase orders and flag discrepancies\nAssist with processing vendor invoices and payments on schedule\nKeep vendor and customer records organized and up to date\nSupport month-end close and reconciliations as needed\nRequirements\n1-3+ years of experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, or collections\nProfessional phone manner and clear written communication\nStrong attention to detail and accurate data entry\nWorking knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets\nOrganized and persistent in following items through to resolution\nExperience
