LifeWear is clothing that is constantly being innovated, bringing more warmth, better design, and better comfort to people’s lives.\nPosition Overview:\nThe UNIQLO Campus Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for the sourcing and selection of candidates for UNIQLO’s Management Candidate Program and Internship Program. As a subject matter expert in this area, they are accountable for maintaining and developing new recruiting strategies for UNIQLO’s UMC and Internship Programs.\nJob Responsibilities:\nCreate and manage pipeline for new graduates to join Uniqlo Management Program.\n\nDevelop and lead University relationships for long term value.\n\nDevelop, cultivate, and maintain university partnerships with key academic leaders and stakeholders.\n\nLead in the implementation of the recruiting strategy on campus, enhancing the organization's brand and reputation at select regional and national universities.\n\nLead a high performing, and highly engaged UMC Team focusing on their development and performance expectations.\n\nPartner with Director of Stores and HR Area Managers to create hiring goals based on store and business needs.\n\nCoordinate and participate in campus recruiting activities such as presentations, career fairs, office and campus interviews, networking receptions/dinners etc.\n\nEstablish and maintain relationships with career centers, faculty and students and initiate activities on campus to promote the organization at selected programs including but not limited to advertising, career fairs, information sessions, speaker series events and on-campus interviews.\n\nLead the development and execution of the summer intern program for both in-store and corporate office; including but not limited to intern performance evaluations, social event planning and monitoring of staffing and budgeting.\n\nRecord, update and analyze all recruiting data for schools.\n\nDevelop an external network within the marketplace to understand competition, salaries, and make recommendations to the team based on this knowledge.\n\nManage recruitment budget for on-campus activities and intern events and keep cost controls at point of every decision.\n\nStrategize across recruitment function to develop and implement social media initiatives\n\nResponsible for orientation of new manager trainees along with Learning and Development Team to provide smooth transition to company values and culture.\n\nAdjust and create training programs with Learning and Development Team to ensure manager trainees can become store managers within 9 months of hire.\n\nOther related duties to be assigned by direct supervisor\n\nQualifications:\n4 years of prior recruiting experience required;
