This role is responsible for guiding creative projects from concept through execution, mentoring junior designers, and ensuring all visual communications align with brand standards.\nThis is a hands-on role requiring strong design skills, project management experience, and cross-functional collaboration with internal teams. You’ll bring our brand to life in physical retail spaces through innovative design, storytelling, and visual merchandising strategies.\nJob Responsibilities:\nLead end-to-end design projects, including creation of renderings, asset development, and visual presentations for windows and in-store displays.\nDevelop window display concepts incorporating mannequins, propping, fixtures, and marketing materials.\nManage and mentor junior designers, providing creative direction and feedback.\nEnsure all communication is clear, concise, and aligned with brand guidelines.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to align visual merchandising, store design, and marketing collateral.\nMaintain consistent project organization and timelines while managing multiple deliverables.\nOversee VMD budgeting and finance processes, including PO management and use of COUPA or related platforms.\nQualifications:\n4+ years of experience in senior design or design management roles.\nAdvanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).\nBasic working knowledge of 3D modeling programs (e.g., Google SketchUp, Adobe Dimension).\nStrong visual and spatial design skills with an eye for detail.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate design concepts and decisions.\nHighly organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and a collaborative team player.\nAble to work independently and manage projects within scope, timeline, and budget.\nFlexible schedule, including availability to work evenings and weekends based on business needs.\nBachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Visual Merchandising, Graphic Design, or related field preferred -
