You’ll be the center of the studio, managing the flow of projects from brief through delivery, balancing priorities and resources, and ensuring teams have the clarity and support they need to deliver high-quality work on time.\nThis is a hands-on role for someone who understands how creative work gets made and thrives in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects, brands, and deadlines in motion. It requires strong judgment, excellent communication, and the ability to manage complexity with confidence in a growing, matrixed organization. The ideal candidate will have experience with production design, artwork adaptation, or hands-on creative production, as there may be times when you’ll roll up your sleeves to support the team during busy periods.\nThis is for an existing vacancy.\nIn this role, you will:\nOwn and manage end-to-end studio workflow across multiple brands, channels, and project types (e.g., packaging, in-store, digital, social, retailer sell-in materials).\n\nIntake, triage, and prioritize requests from cross-functional partners (Brand, Sales, Trade Marketing, eCommerce, Product Development) to ensure clear briefs and realistic timelines.\n\nBuild, maintain, and communicate project timelines, schedules, and trackers, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned on milestones, dependencies, and critical paths.\n\nCoordinate resources across design, content, production, and copy teams, making informed decisions on capacity, sequencing, and trade-offs.\n\nAllocate and reallocate resources based on evolving business priorities, volume peaks, and launch calendars.\n\nMonitor team capacity and utilization, flagging risks early and recommending solutions (reprioritization, timelines, external resources).\n\nManage freelancer and external vendor engagement as needed, including onboarding, scoping, and integration into studio workflows.\n\nPartner closely with Creative, Marketing, Brand, and Project/Account leads to align on priorities, scope, and deliverables.\n\nFacilitate regular status and production meetings, ensuring clear next steps, owners, and due dates.\n\nAct as a central point of contact for project status, escalating issues and proposing solutions proactively.\n\nHelp define, document, and evolve studio processes, standards, and ways of working as we scale.\n\nLeverage and optimize project management tools to drive transparency, efficiency, and reporting.\n\nIdentify bottlenecks, recurring issues, and inefficiencies, and lead improvements that support speed, quality, and consistency.\n\nContribute to building a high-performing, collaborative studio culture grounded in clarity, accountability, and collaboration\n\nRequirements\nAbout you:\n4+ years of experience within a creative agency, in-house studio, or fast-paced creative/production environment, with experience managing creative workflow, timelines, resources and competing priorities.\n\nHands on experience with production design, artwork production, packaging adaptation or hands-on creative execution is strongly preferred.\n\nDemonstrated ability to manage a high volume of concurrent projects with competing deadlines and stakeholders.\n\nStrong organizational, planning, and time-management skills, with meticulous attention to detail.\n\nProven experience with project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Monday, Wrike, Workfront) and comfort working with dashboards, trackers, and reports.\n\nExcellent communication skills-able to communicate clearly, diplomatically, and confidently with creative teams, marketers, and senior stakeholders.\n\nCalm and solutions-oriented under pressure-you bring structure and clarity to ambiguity and fast-moving environments.\n\nStrong judgment and decision-making skills; you are comfortable making calls, prioritizing, and holding timelines.\n\nExperience in CPG, beauty, retail, or consumer brands is an asset but not required.\n\nWhat we offer\nYou will enjoy being part of an energetic and hands-on team, excited about beauty and home care.
