There is a good chance that one of our products is already in your home!\nWhat will you do as a Sales Support intern?\nAs a Sales Support intern within the commercial sales team (key accounts), you will support our account managers, project managers and sales support colleagues in managing customer accounts, preparing meetings and customer presentations, and coordinating daily sales activities. You will combine accuracy, communication and commercial insight to help us build a streamlined and professional sales process.\nFor example, you are involved in:\nSupport in managing customer accounts and daily sales projects.\n\nPreparation and follow-up of quotations, sample requests and customer presentations.\n\nMaintaining and updating CRM data, sales pipeline and customer files.\n\nCollecting customer and market information to support the sales process.\n\nFollow up on internal actions with NPD, buying, operations and marketing & design to efficiently handle customer questions.\n\nSupporting commercial reports, sales analyses and preparing customer meetings.\n\nBy doing so, you play an important role in ensuring the continuity and quality of our sales process, ensuring that our customer proposals remain sharp, relevant and timely.\nWhat will you learn?\nDuring this internship you will learn to:\nDuring this internship, you will learn to:\nBe part of a commercial, multidisciplinary team within the beauty industry.\n\nWorking on supporting the sales process, from first customer contact to follow-up.\n\nUse CRM systems and sales tools to manage and structure customer information.\n\nPrepare professional presentations, quotations and reports that tell a clear story.\n\nSupport account managers and Project Managers in converting customer needs into concrete proposals.\n\nThis makes the internship a valuable learning experience if you are interested in combining administration, communication and commercial thinking.\nWhat do we offer you?\nA creative internship in which you are challenged and can learn a lot:\nAn internship allowance, a very generous, extensive lunch for €2.70 per day, and a laptop;\n\nClose guidance from experienced colleagues within the Concept & Innovation team;\n\nThe opportunity to work on real client cases and see your ideas translated into concrete proposals;\n\nPlenty of room to experiment with new tools, including AI-driven design and research;\n\nWorking in an international, dynamic environment within the beauty industry;\n\nAn open, creative team where your input matters and you can spar a lot with others.\n\nRequirements\nWho are we looking for?\nYou are a proactive intern who enjoys working in a dynamic, commercial and structured environment.\nYou recognize yourself in:\nA proactive, hands-on attitude and an eye for detail.\n\nA genuine interest in cosmetics, brands and retail.\n\nStrong communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.\n\nWorking in a structured and accurate way, with an eye for administration and process optimization.\n\nCurious, eager to learn and not afraid to ask questions.\n\nEnthusiastic about achieving commercial goals and improving processes together with the team.\n\nA relevant study background (e.g. commercial, business, communication, marketing or similar) is a plus.\nPractical details\nHours per week: 32 hours.\n\nDuration: 4-6 months.\n\nLocation: IBG Nederland - Amsterdam Sloterdijk (3 minutes walk from the station).\n\nThe exact end result of your internship will be determined together with you.
