Together, we are concept builders and boosters with global opportunities for well-known retailers and brands.\nWe are seeking a highly driven Supply Chain Analyst to play a critical role in owning and optimizing the end-to-end order-to-cash process. In this role, you will act as a key liaison between suppliers, customers, and internal teams, proactively managing timelines, risks, and data to ensure accurate, on-time, and seamless delivery of customer orders. You will thrive in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment and bring a strong sense of accountability, problem-solving, and customer focus to everything you do.\nThis role is for an existing vacancy.\nIn this role, you will:\nManage all processes within order-to-cash flow including order processing, logistics, inventory management and invoicing\n\nManage communication with suppliers and customers to ensure orders are produced and delivered as per the client’s expectations'\n\nReview and revise production plans working closely with manufacturing plants to ensure that customer forecasts can be met\n\nSupport the global trade and tax team with assisting to document and train product teams on developing efficient and cost-effective shipping programs\n\nSupport project teams with implementation of best-in-class data management and system upgrades within existing software programs\n\nTrack all shipments in-transit and update stock position\n\nMonitor inspection dates and ensure passing inspection reports received prior to releasing shipments\n\nReview Open Order reports and ensure they are updated as necessary\n\nMaintain and update external customer portal information\n\nProcess supplier’s invoices at time of title transfer\n\nCollaborate with Finance to ensure accuracy and payments on all purchase orders\n\nDevelop and maintain reports and dashboards (KPIs such as OTIF, production plans, shipping plans, stock coverage, inventory reconciliation)\n\nWork cross-functionally with Product Development, Finance and S&OP to ensure alignment and execution\n\nIdentify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy\n\nOther duties as assigned by management\n\nRequirements\nAbout you:\nYou have a bachelor’s degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or equivalent experience\n\n2+ years working in a hands on Order Management, Order to Cash (O2C) or Supply Chain Operations role\n\nStrong knowledge of supply chain processes such as inventory, demand planning, procurement, logistics and transportation\n\nFamiliar with manufacturing production scheduling and experience with reviewing production plans against forecasting\n\nComfortable working with dashboards, reports and KPI tracking\n\nExperience with reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau is a strong asset\n\nExperience with NetSuite/Oracle or similar would be considered an asset\n\nPrevious experience working with international logistics considered an asset\n\nExcellent communication skills and customer service focused with the ability to build strong working relationships with external and internal stakeholders\n\nStrong organizational and analytical skills and attention to detail\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Office\n\nFamiliarity with the cosmetic industry is an asset\n\nWhat we offer:\nAs a Supply Chain Analyst, you will enjoy being part of an energetic and hands-on team, excited about beauty and home care.
