Working hours Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 09:30 - 14:30. 20 hours per week.\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nThe duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to the following:\nProcess and maintain inbound and outbound shipment documentation\nEnsuring records, documentation, and systems are maintained accurately\nCoordinate with warehouse teams, branches, carriers, and other internal departments\nMonitor open orders, shipments, and outstanding requests, following up on delays or exceptions\nCompleting various administrative tasks such as answering phones, emails and filing\nComplying with safety regulations\nREQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS\nThe following skills and qualifications are required for this position:\nDriving Licence\nPrior administrative/customer service experience OR industry experience\nProficient written and oral communication skills\nProficient using Microsoft Office Suite\nHighly motivated, self directed and customer service oriented\nDemonstrate strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities\nExhibit strong problem solving, deductive reasoning and decision making skills\nLearn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment\nWork independently as well as in a team environment\nDemonstrate our core values of ambition, innovation, integrity and teamwork\nPREFERED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS\nHave relevant administrative work experience\nABOUT US\nSince 1967 Fastenal has grown as a distributor of industrial and construction supplies from a single branch to a Fortune 500 company with approximately 3,200 servicing locations, each providing tailored local inventory and personal service for our customers.
