함께합니다.\n[주요 업무]\n1. 프로덕트 설계 및 개발\nKotlin/Spring Boot 백엔드와 React/TypeScript 프론트엔드를 모두 다루며, 서비스 설계부터 신규 기능 개발, 운영까지 전 과정을 맡습니다.\n도메인에 맞는 데이터 모델과 모듈 구조를 설계하고, 서비스가 커져도 흔들리지 않는 아키텍처를 만듭니다.\n2. 서비스 안정성 및 품질 관리\n운영 중인 서비스의 장애와 성능 이슈를 직접 분석하고, 근본 원인을 찾아 해결합니다.\n데이터 정합성을 지키며 안정적인 운영 환경을 책임집니다.\n3. 기획 참여 및 협업\n기획자·디자이너와 함께 제품 사양을 정의하고, 비즈니스 목적과 사용자 경험을 고려해 기획과 UI/UX 개선 방향을 제안합니다.\n영업·운영·재무 등 현업 부서의 요구사항을
