Missions
- Efficiently manage and process a high volume of contracts from initial intake through execution and opportunity close, utilizing core business systems such as Salesforce and automated Contract Lifecycle Management software.
- Collaborate daily with quote-to-cash teams to support contractual terms and execute revenue transactions, demonstrating flexibility required to service a demanding sales organization.
- Review requests for signatures against policy requirements and assist in reviewing and drafting non-complex negotiated legal agreements on Fastly forms following playbook guidance.

- Fastly is seeking a proactive and strategic Contracts Manager to help scale its commercial Legal and Contracts Management team- Education: Bachelor’s degree
- Judgment & Problem Solving: Strong time-management and organization skills, attention to detail, and sound judgment in executing risk-based assessments aligned with Contracts team policy frameworks
- Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated experience and proficiency with CRM (Salesforce) and automated CLM tools (such as Ironclad and Docusign) and AI-assisted negotiation tools such as Claude or Gemini to efficiently scale commercial contracting deal support. Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
- Experience: 2-4 years of contract management experience in SaaS, AI or other high-growth and fast-paced technology environments
- Communication Skills: Effective written and oral communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate contract administration issues to partners (e.g., attorneys, sales teams) and build trusted internal relationships
- This position may require travel as required by your role or requested by your manager
- Direct experience implementing enterprise contract management tool rollouts, system migrations, or other major workflow optimizations
- Background in contract administration/management at public companies and across multiple global jurisdictions
