You will work closely with engineering, product, sales, and customer success teams to ensure that customers can effectively leverage Fastn to build high-performance, scalable integration solutions.\nYour Responsibilities\n\nDesign and Architect Scalable Solutions: Work with customers to understand their business needs and design high-performance, scalable integration architectures.\n\nProvide Technical Guidance: Act as a trusted advisor to customers, guiding them on API best practices, data flow architecture, and integration strategies.\n\nDevelop Proof of Concepts: Build and demonstrate proof-of-concept (PoC) integrations, showcasing Fastn’s capabilities and assisting customers in implementation.\n\nOptimize for Scalability and Performance: Design solutions that handle millions of transactions per second/minute with sub-millisecond latency.\n\nDrive API and Automation Excellence: Assist customers in leveraging Fastn’s APIs, AI-powered automation, and smart connectivity features.\n\nEnsure Security and Compliance: Implement best practices for API security, authentication (OAuth, JWT, OpenID), and compliance (SOC 2, GDPR, etc.).\n\nCollaborate Across Teams: Partner with engineering and product teams to provide customer feedback and contribute to product improvements.\n\nEducate and Enable: Train customers, partners, and internal teams on best practices for using Fastn’s integration platform effectively.\n\nMentor and Lead: Share best practices, mentor junior solution engineers, and contribute to documentation and technical leadership.\n\nWhat We’re Looking ForWe’re looking for a highly skilled and customer-facing technical leader who excels at designing scalable SaaS integration architectures. If you thrive at the intersection of technology, business strategy, and customer success, this role is for you.\nMust-Have Skills & Experience\n\n5+ years of experience in solutions engineering, solutions architecture, or enterprise integration.\n\nStrong background in API architecture, RESTful & GraphQL APIs, and event-driven integrations.\n\nHands-on experience with backend development in Java, Python, or Node.js.\n\nExpertise in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and serverless architectures.\n\nKnowledge of API authentication, security best practices (OAuth, JWT, OpenID), and compliance (SOC 2, GDPR, etc.).\n\nExperience designing solutions that handle high-scale, low-latency transactions.\n\nFamiliarity with iPaaS platforms (Mulesoft, Workato, Tray.io, etc.) and automation workflows.\n\nStrong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\n\nNice-to-Have Skills\nExperience with AI-driven automation and API intelligence.\n\nBackground in B2B SaaS integrations and developer tooling.\n\nKnowledge of event-driven architectures, message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.), and
