In your day-to-day job, you will spend most of your time with our local Madrid team. Besides that, you will also be connected to our architects in other countries. Become part of a young, innovative, informal and fast-growing company in the field of e-mobility!\nWhat you’ll do\nYou will create design concepts based on Fastned's modular design standards and guide your own projects through phases 1-4 of design and construction planning;\n\nYou will conduct site visits. To get a clear picture, you will check survey data, possible entrances and exits, how traffic flows and gather other important information;\n\nYou will create creative design solutions for challenging locations - for an optimal charging experience for our customers;\n\nYou will work with local authorities and many external partners and coordinate with them on a regular basis;\n\nYou draw up complete plans for building permit procedures;\n\nYou work very closely with your direct colleague in the location design team, as well as the expansion and construction teams to deliver high-quality construction documents within the agreed timeframe;\n\nYou see yourself as an ambassador for Fastned and electric mobility, both internally and externally, and help everyone involved to understand and support our concept;\n\nRequirements\nAbout you\nMost importantly, you are passionate about the energy transition and want to be part of a company that is really making a difference. You are a true team player, enjoy working independently, are not afraid of making mistakes, and are always curious and willing to learn. You already have experience in the design of public spaces, infrastructure or site development, or would like to develop your skills in these areas.\nYou also have the following:\nIdeally 5 to 9 years of experience as an Architect, with proven experience in the Spanish market as a key requirement;\n\nYou are familiar navigating different stakeholders and are a strong communicator;\n\nYou are familiar with approval procedures in Spain and can confidently discuss projects with local authorities;\n\nYou speak Spanish at native level and English on a business proficient level;\n\nYou have previous experience with Revit.\n\nJoin us in building a better future!\nWe work hard to change the world, but we don't forget to recognise & celebrate our successes, big and small.
