Together with the office manager, you will make sure that our 200+ employees in Amsterdam feel happy and comfortable in our office. Keep on reading if you’re looking for a fun job in an amazing office space close to the Amstel station!\nWhat you’ll do:\nWelcome visitors and make them feel at home while they wait.\n\nPrepare and maintain the kitchen, lunch areas, and meeting rooms.\n\nPrepare the salad bar everyday and set up the lunch areas on catering days (Tuesdays and Thursdays).\n\nKeep the dishwashers running and ensure plates, cups, and cutlery are stored correctly.\n\nRefill coffee machines, tea, snacks, fruit, and other office supplies.\n\nReceive and organise grocery deliveries.\n\nKeep the kitchen and common areas clean, tidy, and welcoming throughout the day.\n\nCheck and distribute incoming mail.\n\nWater and take care of the office plants.\n\nCheck meeting rooms across all floors, including cleaning whiteboards and restocking glasses, cups, and water jars.\n\nSupport the building reception when colleagues need assistance with access passes or visitors.\n\nAssist the Office Manager with other office-related tasks when needed.\n\nRequirements\nWho we are looking for:\nYou have a good knowledge of the English and Dutch languages;\n\nYou are available to work four days per week, from Monday to Thursday.\n\nYour working hours are flexible, approximately 6 to 8 hours per day (24 to 32 hours per week in total).\n\nPrevious experience in catering/restaurant/hospitality/office management or a similar environment is a plus;\n\nYou are proactive, hands-on, and comfortable managing practical tasks independently.\n\nYou have an eye for detail and take pride in keeping spaces clean and organised.\n\nYou are enthusiastic, approachable, and enjoy being around people.\n\nPreference for having a drivers license (B)\n\nYou are flexible and willing to support the Office Manager and your colleagues when needed.\n\nWe work hard to change the world, but we don't forget to recognise & celebrate our successes, big and small.
