As a leading provider of ultra-fast charging, we’re focused on delivering exceptional service and innovation to accelerate the transition to electric mobility, and it all starts with securing the best locations!\nYour Role\nAs a Senior Expansion Manager, you’ll focus on securing prime real estate in high-traffic areas, ensuring our stations are visible, accessible, and built for long-term success. This role is based in Copenhagen, where you’ll join a fun, diverse team spread across Europe. You'll have the unique opportunity to learn about and contribute to an industry driven by the future, making a real impact on the energy transition!\nIn concrete terms, you will…\nWork closely with landowners, developers, and retailers to build strategic partnerships and strengthen Fastned’s position as the leading charging network in the region.\n\nIdentify, negotiate and acquire prime locations with landowners, local authorities or other external commercial parties\n\nDevelop and execute a robust network development plan to secure the best locations. You will shape your own network and expansion strategy, taking a strategic and tailored approach to stakeholders both within and beyond your network.\n\nWorking as part of a dynamic, international team, you’ll also help streamline processes to maximise efficiency and effectiveness.\n\nWork cross-functionally with design, planning, construction, legal, and operations teams to ensure seamless transition from signed agreement through to live station.\n\nTogether with our Country Lead DK you bring creative, outside-the-box thinking to how we structure partnerships and unlock sites that others cannot\n\nYou'll become an expert in the future of e-mobility and charging infrastructure, collaborating with subject matter experts to sharpen your knowledge and lead negotiations with confidence.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\nTo succeed in this role, you need to be a strong networker and negotiator while also being a strong team player to work collaboratively with our internal teams in DK and Europe.\nAdditionally, you bring the following:\n5+ years of relevant work experience in a comparable site acquisition or property development role, preferably in a comparable industry\n\nStrong contract knowledge (commercial, planning, and legal aspects)\n\nGreat communication and stakeholder management skills to work on a collaborative level with our internal teams such as legal or architecture\n\nSales-driven and results-oriented mindset with strong commercial acumen\n\nProven negotiation skills, comfortable dealing with both governmental bodies and private landowners\n\nDanish language skills on a native level and English language skills on a fluent business level\n\nWillingness to travel regularly within Denmark and occasionally throughout Europe\n\nA natural curiosity and passion for learning and taking on new challenges\n\nA strong motivation to accelerate the energy transition\n\nDriving license\n\nNice to Have\nAn existing network of key private and public stakeholders in real estate, developers energy, infrastructure, transport, or e-mobility sectors within Denmark\n\nExperience in high-growth companies or renewable energy\n\nJoin Us in Building a Better Future!\nWe work hard to change the world, but we also celebrate our successes.
