As a member of the Fastned team, you'll be contributing to a greener future by supporting our mission to give freedom to electric drivers.\nAbout the Role\nAs a Sales Working Student, you will play a hands-on role in supporting Fastned’s expansion by helping acquire and onboard Small and Medium Business (SMB) customers. This isn't just back-office support, you will interact with real B2B clients, meet them in person, and build your customer-facing confidence from day one.\nWorking alongside our international sales teams across Europe, you will gain deep industry insights and directly contribute to shaping the future of electric mobility.\nBased at our vibrant Amsterdam headquarters, you will join a diverse and driven team. We value your unique perspective, encourage critical thinking, and give you the ownership to make a real impact on our growth.\nWhat you’ll be doing\nOrder Processing & Operations: Receive, validate, and process inbound orders submitted through the Fastned website.\n\nCustomer Onboarding: Guide new business customers through a smooth onboarding experience for our Fastned chargecard product.\n\nLead Generation & Sourcing: Identify and qualify prospective B2B leads from customers charging at our stations or submitting website contact forms.\n\nB2B Outreach: Introduce Fastned’s commercial value proposition to Small and Medium Business (SMB) prospects.\n\nCRM & Data Management: Maintain high CRM data accuracy and hygiene for all managed customer leads and accounts.\n\nWho we are looking for\nYou are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme, ideally in Economics, Business, or a related field.\n\nYou have a go-getter mindset, take initiative and enjoy working towards targets.\n\nYou are comfortable with customer-facing and enjoy meeting new people.\n\nYou are structured, disciplined and able to communicate effectively.\n\nYou are fluent in Dutch with professional-level English.\n\nYou are highly motivated by Fastned's mission and excited about the energy transition.\n\nWhat you get out of it\nBeyond a meaningful working student role at a company actively accelerating Europe's energy transition, here's what we offer:\nFlexibility that fits your schedule.
