This role will be a key member of the CFO organization and will partner with operating leaders to maximize cash flow opportunities. Currently, the treasury handles $1.7 billion worth of transactions across multiple currencies.\nWe are looking for a junior analyst who is detailed, a self-starter and will collaborate strategically with the Senior Treasury Analyst and cross-functional teams as well as our external banking partners. This role is a great opportunity for you to make your own processes and make a meaningful impact.\nResponsibilities:\nOversee daily cash management activities, monitor cash flows, and provide support for global treasury operations.\nHelp oversee over 30 multinational cash accounts by minimizing foreign currency exposure and maximizing interest income.\nProcess close to $1.7 billion of payments for thousands of Sellers via Hyperwallet, Payoneer, and Wells Fargo.\nUpdate our database for manual exceptions to our current process or platform capabilities.\nExecute FX spot trades as needed to minimize FX exposure.\nMaintain minimum balances in our foreign cash accounts for operating cash outflows and maximize interest on excess funds by funding proper investing instruments.\nAssist our financing administration including our term loan and credit card program.\nAssist with the Wells Fargo treasury management system and partner with our operating leaders on special implementation projects.\nAssist with internal/external audits and maintain compliance with policies.\nPartner with Senior Treasury Analyst to drive operational efficiency and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support evolving business needs and growth initiatives including insurance administration and regulatory compliance.\nRequirements:\n2 to 3 years of experience in Accounting, Finance or Treasury\nBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field\nStrong attention to detail, highly organized, and ability to manage multiple tasks\nExceptional ability to analyze financial data and clearly communicate results\nProven ability to build collaborative working relationships with business partners\nConsistent with FastSpring's values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity.
