Merchandising Managers work directly with arcade team members, managers, and the Director of Arcade Operations to develop and execute effective display models, purchasing strategy, and arcade redemption procedures. Merchandising Managers provide valuable feedback on merchandising in redemption areas of Fat Daddy’s Arcade stand-alone locations and cooperative locations at The Track Family Fun Centers.\n\nEssential Responsibilities:\nMaintain merchandise inventories through ordering, stocking, and data analysis\n\nOrganization of on-location stock\n\nSet-up of display and other visual marketing\n\nDevelop design for and maintain stock displays in accordance with Corporate Merchandising plan\n\nMaintain stock displays in accordance with approved templates\n\nActive participation in hiring and cooperative scheduling of arcade attendant staff\n\nInitial and continued training of arcade employees on guest service standards and redemption procedures\n\nTrain arcade employees on inventory processes and programs\n\nManage performance and day-to-day responsibilities of assigned arcade Team Lead in coordination with General Manager\n\nContribute to merchandising selection using inventory trends\n\nAdjustment of settings on prize-winning equipment as directed\n\nMaintain appearance of arcade floor, displays, games, and guest areas as needed\n\nOther duties may be assigned as needed\n\nRequired Skills:\nExperience with computers and smart devices\n\nExcellent communication, time-management, planning, and organizational skills\n\nExcellent customer service skills\n\nCompetent mathematical skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division)\n\nAbility to read, write, and communicate in English\n\nPhysical Requirements:\nAbility to work with prolonged periods of walking, kneeling, bending, and standing\n\nAbility to work indoors with natural and artificial lighting\n\nAbility to safely lift, push, and pull objects up to 30lbs and navigate stairs\n\nAbility to safely operate and utilize a ladder up to 10-feet\n\nRequired Qualifications:\nHigh School Diploma Required\n\nValid US Driver’s License\n\nRetail, Amusement Merchandising, or Similar Experience: 2 Years\n\nManagement/Leadership Experience: 1 Year\n\nSchedule Requirements:\n40 Hours per week expected;
