Team Development\nTrain, coach, and develop crew members and team leaders\nDelegate tasks effectively and provide follow-up to ensure completion\nEnsure team members are accountable for performance, providing coaching as needed\nCommunicate goals clearly through location communication boards and team chats\nRecognize and reinforce positive performance and contributions\nEducate team members and enforce labor laws, safety, and security procedures\nGuest Experience\nEnsure fast, friendly, accurate, and engaging hospitality at all times\nAddress guest concerns promptly and professionally\nSupport continuous improvement in Floater Dollars and Sales Targets\nMeasure guest satisfaction and assist in executing plans to improve loyalty and repeat\nvisits\nOperations & Sales Performance\nEnsure consistent execution of product quality standards\nMaintain restaurant cleanliness, maintenance, and security standards\nAssist in driving sales growth and achieving budgeted sales goals\nSupport initiatives to increase comparable sales\nFinancial & Inventory Controls\nAssist in controlling cost of goods, inventory accuracy, and variances\nSupport the MUM (Multi-Unit Manager) with ordering and inventory as needed\nEnsure sufficient product availability to support successful operations\nSupport proper cash handling and deposit procedures\nAssist with staffing and scheduling to control labor costs\nEnsure appropriate inventory and ordering systems are followed\nQUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS\nAbility to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, and late-night
