This role ensures consistent execution of brand standards with a focus\non operational excellence, team development, guest satisfaction, and financial performance.\nThe General Manager leads by example, coaches the team to deliver outstanding hospitality\nand product quality. The General Manager builds sales, and controls costs while adhering to\nall company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nOperations & Financial Management\nManage cost of goods, inventory accuracy, and variance control\nEnsure proper inventory levels, ordering systems, and product availability\nOversee cash handling, deposits, and change orders in accordance with company policy\nIdentify, investigate, and resolve cash management discrepancies\nControl labor costs through effective staffing, scheduling, and productivity management\nEnsure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations\nLeadership & Team Development\nTrain, coach, and develop crew members and team leaders\nDelegate responsibilities effectively and ensure accountability\nProvide ongoing performance feedback, coaching, and corrective action when necessary\nParticipate in recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and performance reviews\nLead team meetings and communicate goals clearly while recognizing achievements\nFoster a positive, inclusive, and performance-driven culture\nGuest Experience & Brand Standards\nEnsure teams deliver fast, friendly, accurate, and engaging service\nResolve guest concerns promptly and professionally\nMeasure guest satisfaction and implement action plans to drive loyalty\nMaintain high standards for cleanliness, maintenance, safety, and security\nEnsure consistent execution of Fat Tuesday brand standards\nQUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS\nAbility to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, and late-night hours\nStrong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills\nProven ability to manage fast-paced, high-volume operations\nStrong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills\nFinancial acumen with the ability to understand and interpret reports\nProficiency with PC-based systems and point-of-sale technology\nGuest-focused mindset with a passion for hospitality\nEDUCATION & EXPERIENCE\nMust be at least 21 years of age\nMinimum of 3-5 years of hospitality experience\nMinimum of 1-3 years of food & beverage or hospitality management experience\nCERTIFICATIONS\nServSafe Manager Certification (required)\nAdditional certifications may be required based on location and local regulations\nESSENTIAL PHYSICAL FUNCTIONS\nAbility to work a minimum of 40 hours per week\nAbility to stand and walk for 6-8 hours per shift\nAbility to lift and carry up to 25 lbs\nFrequent reaching, bending, stooping, and fine motor skills\nAbility to work
