continuously improve mystery shopper scores\nMeasure customer satisfaction and execute plan to improve both satisfaction and loyalty\nEnsure product quality, restaurant cleanliness, maintenance and security standards are met\nAssist with increasing comparable sales and deliver budgeted sales each period\nControl cost of goods, variances and inventories within the restaurant\nStaff and schedule appropriately to control labor costs\nEnsure proper cash handling and deposit procedures are followed\nEnsure appropriate inventory and ordering systems are in place\nQUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:\nAble to work flexible hours necessary to manage and operate the store effectively, including weekends and closing shifts as needed\nExcellent communication skills to connect effectively with customers and co-workers\nPossess the ethics and positive attitude that support our values and culture\nAbility to manage a fast-paced, high-volume, clean, customer-focused store\nAbility to use a PC\nAbility to understand financial reports\nStrong time-management skills;
