The person in this position will lead and mentor engineering teams, set technical direction, and ensure high-quality delivery of scalable fintech products and platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing software development lifecycles, managing project roadmaps, and coordinating cross-functional collaboration with product, design, operations, and business stakeholders. The role involves guiding architectural decisions, ensuring robust system integration with internal and external services, and enforcing best practices in code quality, security, performance, and reliability.
