Quality & Standards:\n\n- Enforce software development best practices, including continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD), test-driven development (TDD), security guidelines, and clean code principles.\n\n5. Performance & Optimization:\n\n- Monitor application health, troubleshoot production issues, and optimize database queries and backend performance for maximum speed and scalability.\n\nRequired Qualifications:\n\n1. Leadership Experience:\n\n- 2+ years of experience leading, mentoring, or managing software engineering teams in an agile environment.\n\n2. Technical Expertise:\n\n- 5+ years of hands-on professional software development experience using Python and Django.\n\n3. Web Frameworks & APIs:\n\n- Deep understanding of Django REST Framework (DRF), microservices, ORM, and API design patterns.\n\n4. Databases & Storage:\n\n- Strong proficiency with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and caching systems (e.g., Redis, Memcached).\n\n5. DevOps & Tooling:\n\n- Solid experience with version control systems (Git), containerization (Docker), and standard CI/CD deployment pipelines.\n\n6.
