Sign up today (it’s free)!\nRole Overview\nAs an AI Engineer at Fathom, you'll be hands-on with LLMs, prototyping and refining our features. Your work will directly shape our product by generating practical specifications that steer our engineering team towards impactful updates and novel capabilities.\nThis role is a bit of a hybrid of engineering // analytics // product management // research. It would suit someone already in an AI Engineering role as well as software engineers or data scientists that have gone deep into building AI features.\nThis role is open to the US only, and does require 3 days per week in-office in San Francisco, California.\nWhat you’ll do\nBy 30 Days, you will have\nUpgraded existing features to be smarter and/or faster by combining your prompt engineering experience with the latest available models.\n\nImproved or created new evaluations for our existing features.\n\nBy 90 Days, you will have\nPrototyped new AI features that address valuable use cases.\n\nFine-tuned models for our specific needs.\n\nDeveloped new processes to speed-up how we migrate to new AI models.\n\nShow off in your application!
