Fathom’s extensive certifications include ISO 9001:2015, ISO 9001:2015 Design, ISO 13485:2016, AS9100:2016, NIST 800-171 and ITAR.\nJob/Position Summary:\nThe Industrial maintenance technician will be responsible for the preventative maintenance, calibration and repair of shop floor equipment. Machine uptime is the highest priority for the position.\nKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:\nDiagnose and repair CNC, and factory production equipment\nBasic building maintenance\nSustain a preventative maintenance plan\nCoordinate with outside vendors for machine maintenance and repairs\nAssist with installations of new equipment\nWork to reduce unplanned down time by assessing equipment and establishing countermeasures\nMaintain spare parts inventory levels to support high machine uptime\nCommunicate equipment status within the organization.\nOther duties as assigned \nQualifications/ Requirements:\nTechnical degree or certificate in Industrial Maintenance, Industrial Automation, or related course of study a plus but not required.\n3 years of experience in CNC\nExpert Mazak & Haas maintenance and equipment repair.\nExperience trouble shooting PLC’s, hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems, 24VDC-480VAC \nDemonstrated leadership qualities, professionalism, accountability, communication, and positive attitude. \nThe ability to read blueprints and execute shop math\nStrong work ethic and high attention to detail \nCompany History: Fathom is one of the largest digital manufacturing platforms offering on-demand manufacturing in North America.
