Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, this role provides day-to-day HR leadership and support to employees, supervisors, managers, and site leadership.\nThis is an opportunity to help bring two organizations together, strengthen core people practices, and support a unified, high-performing workplace culture. You will work closely with Operations leaders and frontline supervisors while partnering with Corporate HR on compensation, benefits, and other enterprise programs.\nWhat You'll Do\nLead hourly and salaried recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.\nPartner with supervisors and managers on employee relations, attendance, performance, and workplace concerns.\nConduct workplace investigations and support corrective actions, performance improvement plans, and policy administration.\nProvide practical, day-to-day HR guidance to employees and leaders.\nSupport onboarding, offboarding, leave administration, workers' compensation, employee records, and other HR processes.\nHelp integrate two recently acquired sites through policy alignment, change management, communication, and employee engagement.\nPartner with Operations leadership on staffing, retention, workforce planning, and organizational needs.\nCoordinate employee training and development activities.\nHelp ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws.\nTrack workforce metrics, including turnover, absenteeism, hiring activity, and retention.\nIdentify and implement continuous improvement opportunities that strengthen HR processes, the employee experience, and operational effectiveness.\nSupport employee engagement activities and help foster a positive, high-performing workplace.\nWhat You'll Bring\nBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.\nAt least five years of Human Resources experience.\nExperience supporting a manufacturing or operational environment.\nStrong experience in recruiting, employee relations, and performance management.\nAbility to build productive relationships with frontline supervisors, managers, and employees.\nStrong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.\nCompensation\nThe anticipated salary range for this position is $95,000 - $125,000 annually. Actual compensation will be based on qualifications, experience, skills, and business need.
