Transferring those requirements clearly to operational production staff upon customer order.\nProject Engineer Requirements:\nB.S in an engineering or manufacturing discipline or significant relevant experience. \nMinimum 3 years in Additive manufacturing. Programming or design experience preferred. \nGeneral understanding of sheet metal, additive technology, and injection molding preferred.\nPrevious experience quoting nice to have \nEngaged in a customer facing role with excellent customer skills.\nProficiency with parametric CAD software, preferably Solidworks and Materialise Magics\nProficiency in critical to quality and quality control documentation\nUnderstanding of applicable additive technologies and general manufacturing processes to become a valued partner to our customers and the additive team.\nUnderstanding of shop routings and ability to create them in company ERP system\nAbility to manage complex projects and teach junior engineers project management skills.\nExcellent customer verbal and written communication skills\nExcellent organizational skills and ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.\nExcellent problem-solving skills\nFlexible schedule to oversee suppliers \nCompany History: Fathom is one of the largest digital manufacturing platforms offering on-demand manufacturing in North America.
