The selected individual will serve as an advisor, counselor, and interpreter of the University's policies to individuals seeking admission to the University and assist in the recruitment and enrollment of marketing directives for the College of Health Sciences graduate programs. Faulkner University is a Christian university affiliated with the churches of Christ.\nThis is a full-time (40+ hours per week) position.\nSummary of Duties:\nAssist the College of Health Sciences Director of Admissions in overseeing the College of Health Sciences admissions processes\nWork as an active member of the College of Health Sciences Admissions Team under the leadership of the College of Health Sciences Director of Admissions\nDevelop and maintain general working knowledge of Financial Aid and the College of Health Sciences program tuition in order to counsel prospective students\nProvide immediate and frequent follow up with prospective students, applicants, and non-returning students; contact on a regular basis and update student profiles\nComplete preliminary reviews of prospective students which includes pre-screening applicants in the Central Application Service (CAS) portal systems, transcript review, and communicating with programs when admission questions arise; collect documents needed for completion of academic and financial aid files prior to registration\nSchedule and hold recruiting functions as required; achieve established recruiting goals for the College of Health Sciences\nAssist in both the planning and implementing of College of Health Sciences related events with prospective students, current students, staff, faculty, and alumni, including event registrations and follow-up surveys\nAssist in developing marketing campaigns, contributing to social media, and creating content such as pictures, videos, reels, and graphic design materials when needed\nMaintain active and ongoing communications with Faulkner undergraduate students in the College of Health Sciences Graduate program and Nursing tracks as well as the College of Health Sciences alumni\nTravel as necessary for recruiting, professional development, registrations, and public relations\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred\nGeneral knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Microsoft 365\nPreferred Qualifications:Previous experience in college admissions\nPrevious experience in sales, marketing\nActive member of the church of Christ\n\nFor initial application submit:\nResume\nCover letter\nEmployment is dependent upon a satisfactory background check and verification of work authorization through E-Verify\nNon-discrimination statement: Faulkner University is a church-affiliated liberal arts institution committed to employing a highly qualified and diverse administration, faculty and staff, which reflects the University's religious traditions, values and affiliation, and purpose.
