You will play a key role in driving revenue growth while building strong, long-term relationships with global clients.\nComprehensive training on product and sales processes will be provided to help you succeed.\nKey Responsibilities\nIdentify and engage prospective customers through calls, emails, and online channels\n\nPresent and demonstrate Faveo Helpdesk & Service Desk solutions to global clients\n\nUnderstand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions\n\nManage the complete sales cycle-from prospecting to closing deals\n\nPrepare proposals, pricing, and commercial discussions\n\nConsistently follow up and move prospects through the sales pipeline\n\nMaintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM\n\nGenerate leads through outbound efforts (cold calls, cold emails, networking)\n\nBuild and maintain long-term customer relationships\n\nWho Can Apply\nFreshers (0-1 year)\nGraduate in Business, Marketing, IT, or related fields\n\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills\n\nInterest in SaaS / technology sales\n\nWillingness to learn and work in a global sales environment\n\nExperienced Candidates (5+ years)\nExperience in sales, business development, or SaaS/product sales\n\nStrong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills\n\nExperience with international customers is a plus\n\nAbility to manage end-to-end sales cycle independently\n\nSkills Required\nExcellent spoken and written English\n\nStrong communication and persuasion skills\n\nConfidence in delivering product demos\n\nAbility to build relationships with
