That’s the point.\nCome build what’s next with us.\nWhat we're looking for\nWe’re looking for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy Assistant Controller who takes ownership and works independently to support and strengthen Faye’s multi-entity (US & Israel) financial operations. You’ll assist with the month-end close, lead major reconciliations, improve systems and automations, and ensure accurate, audit-ready financials as we continue to scale.\nResponsibilities\nSupport the monthly financial close process, ensuring compliance with US GAAP, including accounts reconciliation, review of journal entries, flux analyses, and other ad hoc corporate requirements.\nOwn and improve reconciliation processes (bank, intercompany, credit cards, commissions, claims, balance sheet).\nTake end-to-end ownership of key finance processes, including claims and premium reconciliations against payment processors, partner and vendor payments, and procurement.\nAssist with financial reporting, supporting schedules, and internal controls.\nHelp manage NetSuite, integrations, and automation initiatives to reduce manual work.\nUse AI tools to automate reconciliations, reporting, and recurring close tasks, and keep finding ways to work more efficiently.\nPartner with Ops, BD, CX, and Data on finance-related workflows.\nManage and execute regulatory tax reporting and Transfer Pricing compliance for both US and Israeli operations.\nLead efforts to improve, develop, and document accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.\nRequirements\n2-4+ years of accounting experience within the technology industry (Must).\nBig 4 experience (Must).\nStrong knowledge of US GAAP.\nHands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) to support and improve finance workflows (Must).\nAdvanced Excel skills.\nExperience working with NetSuite and financial integrations (Advantage).\nExcellent attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills.\nHigh level of ownership, with the ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive tasks through to completion.\nComfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.\nFluent in both English and
