Consultant to support a portfolio of existing customer deployments as part of our CRM & CX Professional Services team.\nThis is a client-facing consulting role requiring both strong business analysis skills and hands-on Salesforce delivery experience.\nEngagement & Availability:\nRemote position\n\nOpen to hourly contract or full-time employment\n\n100+ hours per month expected\n\nMust be available during North America business hours\n\nSupporting customers primarily based in North America\n\nResponsibilities & Duties:\nProvide Salesforce Sales Cloud consulting across multiple active customer environments\n\nLead and support business analysis activities, including:\n\nRequirements gathering\n\nProcess mapping\n\nSolution design aligned to Salesforce best practices\n\nTranslate business requirements into practical, scalable Salesforce solutions\n\nConfigure and enhance Salesforce Sales Cloud, including:\nLeads, Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities\n\nReports and Dashboards\n\nAutomation (Flows, validation rules, approvals, etc.)\n\nDeliver system changes end-to-end, including:\n\nConfiguration and light technical delivery\n\nTesting and enhancements\n\nRequired Skills & Experience:\nProven experience as a Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant (not admin-only)\n\nStrong consulting and client-facing experience within a professional services environment\n\nDemonstrated ability to operate at a business analyst / functional consultant level\n\nHands-on Salesforce configuration and delivery experience \n\nExperience supporting multiple client environments simultaneously\n\nSalesforce certifications (Sales Cloud–related certifications required)\n\nExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal\n\nNice to have/ Plus:\nExperience with Conga (CPQ, Contracts, Composer)\n\nExperience with Salesforce ERP integrations\n\nFamiliarity with additional Salesforce ecosystem products\n\nPrior experience working in
