This is a hands-on, customer-facing role for someone who enjoys solving complex technical challenges while building strong partnerships.\nYou'll own the technical implementation journey for our partners, from the first sales conversation through integration, launch, and ongoing success - ensuring seamless execution and long-term value.\nResponsibilitiesPre-Sales\nScope partner engagements with clear objectives and success criteria\n\nWork with the business development team to identify new opportunities and prepare technical documentation to support the sales process\n\nPresent technology demos to support new business\n\nIntegration & Implementation\nOwn partner integrations end-to-end as the primary technical point of contact\n\nSupport the design and implementation process of tailored solutions based on partner technical requirements\n\nCoordinate internal stakeholders to ensure timely and successful integrations\n\nPost-Launch & Growth\nTroubleshoot, reproduce, and identify root causes of partner-reported issues\n\nServe as an advocate for partners inside the engineering organization\n\nUse SQL, Tableau, and reporting tools to identify and present actionable growth opportunities to partners\n\nManage multiple concurrent partner engagements\n\nIdentify process improvement opportunities and implement automation to optimize client engagements\n\nRequirements\nCustomer-facing background in sales engineering, solutions consulting, or a similar role\n\n3+ years of programming experience in Node.JS or an equivalent language\n\n3+ years of experience with web technologies such as HTTP, HTML, XML, and REST APIs\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences\n\nExperience in the
