Repair and Troubleshooting of Machinery (Corrective Maintenance – CM) \n\n- Resolve machinery breakdowns and minimize downtime.\n\n- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to identify and address the underlying causes of failures.\n\n- Coordinate with the engineering team and production department to effectively resolve issues.\n\n2. Preventive Maintenance (PM) \n\n- Inspect machinery condition according to the scheduled PM plan.\n\n- Replace spare parts and lubricants at specified intervals.\n\n- Record inspection results in the CMMS system or relevant documentation.\n\n3. Spare Part Management \n\n- Inspect and monitor spare parts for machinery in the production line.\n\n- Register new spare parts in the inventory system when a new spare part is introduced.\n\n4. System Management \n\n- Support ISO system implementation, including GMP, HACCP, ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO50001, ISO22000, FSSC, TPM, and Halal, and integrate these standards into the department’s work processes\n\n- Support the TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) system and apply it to the department’s work processes.\n\n5.
