Dev sênior e autônomo para o Squad de Regulatórios da Bullla: aprende o legado e constrói coisas novas, extraindo requisitos direto do negócio.

Requisitos e qualificações

Requisitos e qualificações:

Sênior, com experiência em legado e em arquitetura nova (microserviços, filas, IA)
Investigar e analisar a fundo, trazendo análise técnica para discussões de arquitetura
Extrair requisitos da área de negócio sem documentação formal (sem histórias escritas)
Arquitetura de software, Java, integração de sistemas e mensageria (a principal dor do time)
Experiência com comunicação assíncrona, alto volume e reprocessamento; banco relacional e não relacional
Java com 6-7+ anos, Spring, microsserviços e noção de front-end
Observabilidade (Datadog) (desejável)
Automação de processos do time (desejável)

Perfil comportamental (soft skills):

Autonomia e proatividade: propõe melhorias, não só atende chamados
Comunicação clara, inclusive para sinalizar urgência a tempo
Alivia os líderes (Kátia, Glauber, Antônio César) em vez de criar dependência
Papel ativo de referência técnica (o squad não tem tech lead formal): traz trade-offs, decompõe entregas e dá direção ao time
Ownership: mantém o board atualizado e puxa o time para isso
