We are building our own platform for digital assets and fiat payments: OTC desk, web client and mobile app.\n\nJOB OVERVIEW\n\nWe are looking for AI-first full-stack engineers. Here, the AI agent writes the code; the engineer frames the task, steers the agent, rejects plausible but wrong output and owns the change all the way to production.\n\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\n\nDevelop, maintain, and improve web applications and backend services for FCE's OTC platform and related products.\n\nBuild responsive, user-friendly interfaces and implement business logic on the backend.\n\nDesign, develop, and maintain REST APIs and integrations with external services.\n\nWork with databases, data models, and application architecture to ensure performance and scalability.\n\nCollaborate with Product Managers, designers, and other engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.\n\nOwn features end to end: UI, backend, database, external integrations, tests, release behind a feature flag, and checking it works in production.\n\nTurn a product request into a short solution note and plan, reviewed by a colleague before the agent starts.\n\nReview colleagues' and agents' changes, an equal part of the job.\n\nWrite tests with every change, without exception on paths that move money or change permissions.\n\nInvestigate your own feature if it breaks in production.\n\nOptimize application performance, reliability, and security.\n\nContribute to technical documentation and follow established development standards.\n\nWork with payment, financial, and digital asset-related functionality where required.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS\n\nMid-level or senior-level\n\nExperience with systems where a mistake means a money or data incident: banking, payments, brokerage, custody, fintech. Crypto experience is a plus, not a requirement.\n\nOur stack: TypeScript, NestJS, Next.js/React, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes on AWS. It is not a filter: strong full-stack engineers with Go, Python, Java/Kotlin, PHP or C# on the backend and a modern frontend are welcome.\n\nDaily hands-on work with coding agents (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor in agent mode). Be ready to walk us through your last task from brief to merge, including where the agent got it wrong.\n\nWrites clearly: solution notes, plans and review comments are understood on first read.\n\nRussian: fluent or native, required.\n\nEnglish: confident working level.\n\nAll interview stages are on live video with camera on;
