We are building our own platform for digital assets and fiat payments: OTC desk, web client and mobile app.\n\nJOB OVERVIEW\n\nWe are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team and help translate business needs into clear, structured requirements for product and engineering teams.\n\nYou will work closely with Product Managers, Developers, QA Engineers, and business stakeholders to analyze business processes, document requirements, identify gaps, and support the delivery of product and system improvements.\n\nThe key objective of the role is to bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation, ensuring that requirements are clearly defined, documented, and translated into effective solutions for FCE's crypto and fintech products.\n\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\n\nGather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders.\n\nTranslate business needs into clear specifications, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.\n\nAnalyze existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose improvements.\n\nWork closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams to clarify requirements and support implementation.\n\nPrepare and maintain business analysis documentation, including process flows, diagrams, and functional specifications.\n\nBreak down complex business processes into structured requirements and actionable development tasks.\n\nAnalyze system behavior, business logic, dependencies, and edge cases.\n\nParticipate in backlog refinement, sprint planning, and requirement clarification sessions.\n\nSupport QA Engineers in defining test scenarios and validating that delivered functionality meets business requirements.\n\nCoordinate with stakeholders to resolve ambiguities and ensure alignment between business expectations and technical solutions.\n\nAnalyze data and operational feedback to identify opportunities for process and product improvements.\n\nUse AI tools to improve research, documentation, requirements analysis, and day-to-day productivity.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS\n\n5+ years of Business Analysis experience in Crypto, Web3, FinTech, banking, payments, or trading platforms.\n\nAI-native mindset is a key requirement. The candidate should have hands-on experience using AI tools to automate and optimize business analysis workflows, build AI-powered processes, and improve efficiency across requirements gathering, documentation, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. We are looking for someone who can help establish and continuously improve AI-driven business analysis processes, rather than simply use AI as an occasional assistant.\n\nUnderstanding of cryptocurrency exchanges, OTC trading, digital asset operations, or crypto-fiat transactions.\n\nExperience with payment flows, financial integrations, transaction processing, or reconciliation.\n\nExperience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements.\n\nExperience writing user stories, use cases, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.\n\nAbility to create process flow diagrams, business process models, and system interaction diagrams.\n\nExperience working closely with Product Managers, Developers, QA Engineers, and other stakeholders.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex business scenarios.\n\nUnderstanding of APIs, integrations, databases, and basic system architecture.\n\nAbility to identify dependencies, inconsistencies, risks, and edge cases in business requirements.\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\n\nExperience using AI tools to support business analysis and documentation.\n\nAbility to work independently, manage priorities, and take ownership of assigned tasks.\n\nEnglish — B2 or higher.\n\nTeam language: Russian is widely spoken within the team.\n\nWOULD BE A PLUS\n\nFamiliarity with REST APIs, JSON, SQL, and tools such as Postman.\n\nUnderstanding of KYC/KYB, AML, custody, and regulatory requirements in financial services.\n\nExperience working in a regulated financial environment.\n\nExperience analyzing complex integrations between internal systems and external providers.\n\nWORKING CONDITIONS &
