FCE operates under a VARA license in Dubai, UAE.\n\nFCE is committed to building a trusted, well-governed exchange, combining robust market infrastructure with strong financial controls, regulatory compliance, and operational transparency.\n\nAs the business scales, FCE is strengthening its operations function to ensure efficient trade execution, reliable settlements, accurate reconciliations, and secure management of fiat and digital assets.\n\nJOB OVERVIEW\n\nWe are looking for an Operations Analyst to support and manage day-to-day operational activities across our digital asset trading business.\n\nThe key objective of the role is to ensure the smooth end-to-end processing of OTC trades, payments, settlements, and digital asset transactions while maintaining operational accuracy, supporting liquidity management, and ensuring compliance with internal procedures and applicable regulatory requirements.\n\nThe ideal candidate has hands-on experience in operations within a crypto exchange, broker-dealer, or OTC trading environment and understands the operational specifics of fiat and virtual asset transactions.\n\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\n\nManage the end-to-end trade lifecycle, from obtaining and evaluating quotes from liquidity providers to trade execution with clients.\n\nOversee trade settlements, monitor transaction statuses, and investigate and resolve settlement issues.\n\nProcess and monitor client fiat and virtual asset deposits and withdrawals, identifying and resolving transaction exceptions.\n\nMaintain liquidity provider and counterparty configurations and prepare operational data for internal and regulatory reporting.\n\nSupport the Finance Department with daily reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and coordinate their resolution.\n\nSupport liquidity management activities, including executing approved treasury transactions.\n\nIdentify and escalate operational exceptions and unusual activity, support compliance reviews, and maintain accurate records in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements.\n\nCollaborate with Technology and Product teams to report system issues, test platform updates, and support the automation and improvement of operational processes.\n\nAct as the day-to-day operational point of contact for banking partners, custody providers, and liquidity providers.\n\nEnsure the accuracy, completeness, and timely processing of operational transactions and records.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS\n\nAt least 2 years of operations experience at a crypto exchange, broker-dealer, OTC desk, or a similar financial services company.\n\nWorking knowledge of blockchain technology and virtual assets.\n\nPractical experience with trade settlement, payment operations, or transaction processing.\n\nUnderstanding of OTC and RFQ trading workflows, including quotes, spreads, slippage, basis points (bps), and fee calculations.\n\nFamiliarity with digital asset custody solutions and wallet management platforms.\n\nStrong analytical skills and the ability to investigate discrepancies and resolve operational issues.\n\nHigh attention to detail, accuracy, and a structured approach to handling transactions and documentation.\n\nAbility to work cross-functionally with Finance, Compliance, Technology, and Product teams.\n\nGood communication and coordination skills when working with external counterparties and internal stakeholders.\n\nLanguages: Native Russian or Ukrainian; English at B2–C1 level (Upper-Intermediate to Advanced), with the ability to communicate confidently in a professional environment.\nLANGUAGES & TEAM ENVIRONMENT\nFCE is an international team with colleagues from Arab countries, the Netherlands, the UK, Australia, Belarus, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Georgia, and other countries.
