We are building our own platform for digital assets and fiat payments: OTC desk, web client and mobile app.\n\nJOB OVERVIEW\n\nWe are looking for a Senior Product Manager with strong experience in OTC, Crypto, FinTech, Trading, or Payments to drive the development of FCE's core product and customer-facing solutions.\n\nWe are hiring Product Managers across several key areas: Onboarding, Payments & Integrations, Core Product, and Referral Program.\n\nThe key objective of the role is to own product development end-to-end - from strategy and roadmap to requirements, development, launch, and continuous optimization - within a regulated crypto environment.\n\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\n\nOwn and develop the product roadmap for the OTC desk, web platform, and mobile application.\n\nTranslate VARA, AML, and KYC requirements into clear product solutions and development tasks.\n\nDevelop and improve key product flows, including RFQ, whitelisting, custody, onboarding, payments, and crypto-fiat operations.\n\nWork closely with Engineering, Compliance, Product, and banking partners to deliver production-ready solutions.\n\nDefine product requirements, prepare PRDs, prioritize features, and drive execution through to production.\n\nAnalyze user behavior, operational data, feedback, and complex edge cases to identify product opportunities.\n\nUse AI tools as part of the daily product development process to improve research, analysis, documentation, and execution.\n\nPRODUCT AREAS\n\nOnboarding\n\nOwn the user journey from registration through KYC/KYB and account opening.\n\nImprove onboarding conversion and user experience.\n\nIntegrate and optimize KYC/KYB, AML, and other external providers.\n\nAnalyze verification failures, delays, and user drop-off.\n\nPayments & Integrations\n\nDevelop payment infrastructure and integrations with banks, PSPs, card providers, and other financial partners.\n\nLaunch new payment methods and deposit/withdrawal solutions.\n\nManage integrations from requirements and PRDs through launch and scaling.\n\nImprove reliability and efficiency of existing payment products.\n\nCore Product\n\nDevelop the core business logic of the OTC platform.\n\nImprove flow of funds and transaction execution.\n\nWork on RFQ, order execution, pricing, and settlement processes.\n\nOptimize custody workflows and digital asset operations.\n\nDesign key user scenarios and explore new product opportunities.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS\n\n5+ years of Product Management experience in FinTech, Crypto, Trading, Payments, or a related field.\n\nExperience launching and scaling products in a regulated environment.\n\nStrong understanding of OTC, custody, digital asset infrastructure, or TradFi.\n\nExperience working with compliance, regulatory, and operational requirements.\n\nPractical experience using AI tools in product management.\n\nStrong analytical skills and attention to detail, including complex product scenarios and edge cases.\n\nAbility to independently own a product area and take responsibility for business outcomes.\n\nStrong communication and stakeholder-management skills.\n\nEnglish -
