Reporting to the Agribusiness Manager, this role is responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of pricing, inventory, and financial records within the Agro Centre.\nThe File Maintenance Clerk plays a critical role in supporting daily operations by managing price files, processing invoices and transfers, maintaining inventory and margin accuracy, and ensuring products are properly received into Tronia and the CRS mainframe. This position also serves as a key internal service resource, resolving invoicing and receiving concerns in collaboration with the Agribusiness Manager.\nKey Responsibilities\nMaintain accurate store price files, inventory records, and margin reconciliation.\nReceive products into Tronia and the CRS mainframe in a timely and accurate manner.\nProcess invoices, transfers, and related documentation.\nPrepare reports and perform reconciliation to ensure data accuracy.\nResolve internal and external invoicing and receiving issues within established guidelines.\nMaintain organized financial and inventory records and documentation.\nProvide exceptional internal and external customer service.\nCommunicate effectively with team members, suppliers, and management.\nFollow company policies, procedures, and safety standards at all times.\nPerform other related duties as assigned.\nQualifications\nMust be at least 16 years of age and completed Grade 9\nAgriculture industry experience and crop protection knowledge, or previous file maintenance experience, is preferred.\nProficient in Microsoft Office programs, including Word and Excel; data entry experience is an asset.\nKnowledge of Tronia and CRS Mainframe systems is preferred.\nStrong attention to detail with excellent organizational and math skills.\nAbility to adapt to new technology and learn new systems quickly.\nStrong analytical, planning, prioritization, and execution skills.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nHigh level of integrity, confidentiality, and accountability.\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a multi-generational team.\nPhysically able to perform job duties, including occasional lifting, crouching, and squatting.\nPositive attitude with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.\nWork Schedule:\nThis position requires availability from Monday to Friday 8am-5pm with additional hours needed in spring and fall season.\nWhy Work with Us?\nAt South Country Co-op, we value our team members and are committed to their well-being and success.
