Reporting to the La Ronge C-Store Team Leader, responsibilities for this position include the following:
- Demonstrate the behaviors and actions to support Lake Country Co-operative’s vision, mission, and safety principles to make a difference in members lives, with a strong customer focused approach.
- Provide Legendary Service at all touch points through various communication channels.
- Provide pump island and in-store service; serve guests, dispense fuel, dispense propane, operate the Point of Sale (POS) system, stock shelves, face shelves, and perform general housekeeping duties.
- Ensure safety is held as the highest priority.
- Maintain a neat, clean, and orderly location at all times.
- Ability to learn and understand the POS system, pumps, propane.
- Receive, price and display merchandise as required as specified by the team leader.
- Complete the necessary daily reconciliations and reports.
- Follow company policies and procedures and perform other duties as assigned.
- Support and follow Asset Protection and Safety Management systems, policies, and procedures.

- Work unsupervised, plan and organize your own work.
- Honest and trustworthy, are results-oriented, and strive to be the best in what you do.
- Attentive to detail and have strong cash management skills.
- Ability to fulfill physical job requirements - standing, working inside and outside, lifting 20 to 25 pounds regularly.
- POS experience and can work in a fast paced, guest facing environment.
- Flexible work schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Willing to obtain WHMIS certification.
