Training will be provided if needed.\n\nEnsure department standards are met with inventory, ordering, stocking, and displaying. Follow opening and closing procedures.\n\nResolve customer issues and answer questions.\n\nProcess returns transactions efficiently.\n\nMaintain checkout operations by adhering to policies and procedures.\n\nEnsure proper maintenance and housekeeping in the store.\n\nFollow safety protocols at all times.\n\nBe available to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and statutory holidays on a rotational basis.\n\nDemonstrate day-to-day behaviors and actions that align with and strengthen the Co-operative's vision, mission, values, and focus on safety.\n\nPerform other duties as assigned to support team operations and customer service initiatives.\n\nWhy it matters:\nWe need you to lead outstanding Co-op experiences.\nWho you are:\nYou are 18 years of age or older.\n\nYou have Grade 12 education or equivalent retail and/or customer service experience.\n\nYou have ProServe certification or are willing to complete it through AGLC after being hired.\n\nYou’re able to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs.
