Ensemble, ces projets permettront de remplacer plus de 4,6 millions de litres de diesel par an, marquant un jalon important dans la croissance de Tarquti. \n\nRESPONSABILITÉS\nEffectuer le cycle comptable complet,incluant les écritures de journal, les rapprochements,\nles amortissements et les clôtures de fin de période.\n\nParticiper à la préparation des états financiers trimestriels et contribuer à la production des rapports annuels ainsi qu’aux audits. \nAssurer le suivi de l’imputation des dépenses selon les différentes sociétés, sources de financement et divisions. \nSoutenir les opérations inter sociétés, le suivi des projets d’immobilisations (travaux en cours) et la capitalisation des actifs. \nGérer les factures fournisseurs (validation des factures auprès des gestionnaires de projets et saisie dans Dynamics après approbation de la direction).\nPréparer et gérer la facturation des différentes sociétés. \nGérer les comptes fournisseurs et préparer les paiements aux fournisseurs. \nParticiper à l’analyse des comptes des différentes divisions et sociétés.\nGérer les remises gouvernementales (TPS/TVQ) et effectuer les conciliations mensuelles pour l’ensemble des sociétés du groupe (5).\nParticiper à la préparation des rapports périodiques de subventions gouvernementales et des rapports liés au financement.\nCette description de poste présente les principales responsabilités, sans être exhaustive. Expérience et connaissance recherchées :\nMinimum de cinq (5) années d’expérience dans un poste comportant des responsabilités similaires.\nUne expérience avec Microsoft Dynamics 365 constitue un atout.
