Develop internal and external partnerships to improve the overall client service experience.\n\nManage, as directed by the lender’s representative, issues and discrepancies related to titles (lender, real estate specialist, etc.).\n\nManage daily tasks in accordance with our corporate policies.\n\nWork collaboratively with our external clients such as lenders, notaries and brokers.\n\nHERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BRING:\nA degree in legal technology or as a notary, or equivalent experience, is considered an asset.\nExcellent telephone etiquette, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.\nDemonstrated ability to solve problems and prioritize.\nMust be bilingual.\nMust be highly detail-oriented and able to manage conflicting priorities in a busy, deadline-driven environment.\nAbility to exercise good judgment in protecting confidential information.\nIntermediate MS Office and Outlook skills. \nAdvanced proficiency in French (reading, writing, and speaking) required. Bilingualism certification is considered an asset.
