In this role you will also provide precise communications to peers and leadership regarding work being performed, productivity, process improvements, and status of systems operationsHERE’S HOW YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE:\nAbility to support a variety of technologies, business departments and systems, and independently resolve problems and pro-actively communicate solutions\n\nRemain current on IT issues by acquiring and maintaining knowledge of relevant products and initiatives\n\nResearch tools and processes to evaluate their usefulness to departmental and corporate needs\n\nSupport department policies by providing technically accurate solutions to end users within the provided guidelines\n\nEnhance the quality and efficiency of the Technical Services team by participating in team projects and initiatives\n\nEnsure the delivery, availability and provide subject matter technical expertise on infrastructure in support of project initiatives\n\nInvestigate and participate as a 3rd level SME in resolution of system problems to ensure maximum availability of the infrastructure and systems\n\nReview, maintain and provide ongoing improvements to the general environment for all hardware and software\n\nHERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BRING:\nGood level to theoretical skills and knowledge is required based on education requirement.\n\n10+ years of practical and technical IT knowledge required.\n\nExtensive knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS.\n\nHands on experience with multiple scripting languages such as Powershell, Terraform, and Bash.\n\nFamiliarity with cloud monitoring tools such as Azure Monitor, Grafana, and Prometheus.\n\nKnowledge of security best practices and IAM.\n\nProblem-solving and analytical thinking.\n\nWorking knowledge of various Microsoft Windows technologies and protocols (Active Directory, MS Intune, DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, SMB)\n\nSkills should be specific to IT platforms and cloud services including and not limited to Microsoft, Citrix, Cyberark, Varonis, etc.\n\nTotal Direct Compensation:\n97,200 to 118,800Any pay range is in $CAD.
