We are currently seeking an experienced Insolvency Administrator, to join the Insolvency Administrator, Proposals in our London, Ontario office who would like to join a company that has created a unique working atmosphere that offers challenge, purpose, and the opportunity to grow both personally and professionally in a team-oriented environment.Here's how you'll contribute:\nProcess and administer Insolvency related information onto Insolvency Link software\nReview documents received from Trustees ensuring proper processes are followed\nMaintain set service level agreements, meet audit requirements set out by clients\nEnsure regulated processing is based on clients standards and guidelines\nUtilize client’s proprietary systems as required\nMaintain relationships within the Insolvency industry\nHere's what you'll bring:\nDemonstrated experience (1-2 years) in the Insolvency industry, Collections, Litigation or Insolvency.\n“Passion to Serve” Customer focus, self-motivated, assertive and able to learn quickly\nStrong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills. Ability to interface effectively with a team and the ability to work independently\nStrong data entry skills\nExcellent time management skills, ability to prioritize and contribute to multiple projects simultaneously; work in a fast paced environment with exceptional data entry and accuracy\nStrong analytical, problem-solving skills, detail oriented\nFlexibility to adapt to a changing environment, make sound decisions\nBilingual proficiency in English and French is required.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet Explorer)\nTotal Direct Compensation:\n43,130 - 51,820Any pay range is in $CAD.
