This role involves owning the entire sales process, from building and managing customer relationships to identifying needs, preparing quotes, negotiating deals, and fulfilling orders. The Account Manager works closely with internal teams to resolve administrative sales tasks, maintain accurate CRM records, and ensure seamless order management. They monitor account profitability, proactively address changes in product costs, and regularly update forecasts to align with division strategies. Collaborating with Sales Development Representatives, Business Development Managers, and Sales Managers, the Account Manager ensures effective performance against key KPIs while maintaining strong client relationships and delivering tailored solutions to meet customer needs.\nWhat You’ll Do \nAs an Account Manager, you'll be responsible for:\nOwning the end-to-end sales process within assigned accounts in geography / territory. Driving revenue and sales growth at assigned accounts through building customer relationships and identifying needs\nManaging accounts by qualifying / understanding account needs, recommending FDH solutions that meet their needs, preparing and sharing quotes, negotiating / closing opportunities, troubleshooting, and fulfilling orders\nAchieving the annual sales quota for assigned accounts\nQualifying sales leads routed from Sales Development Rep and driving leads to closed deals\nFacilitating administrative sales tasks through review of quotation orders and working with sales support to resolve order acceptance issues, share any information required by order entry / management teams, etc.\nMaintaining accurate records in CRM systems pertaining to sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status\nAssessing customer information to anticipate changes that could affect sales revenues and budget plans; updating rolling forecast monthly and reporting on variances\nMonitoring and maintaining profitability with assigned accounts consistent with overall division strategy.
