This position includes coordination between other departments within the company and vendors and customers to meet the company’s goals.\nWhat You'll Do (Responsibilities)\nWork directly or indirectly with customer or company representative to assess a customer’s needs and requirements to facilitate a successful quotation for the customers consideration\nProvide excellent customer service in quoting, and in vendor relations\nEstablish methods and procedures to ensure productivity is maintained at an optimum level\nCompletes daily tasks, supports with vendors and customers to meet goals\nPerforms other duties as assigned\nWhat You Bring (Qualifications & Skills):\nMust have a high school education or equivalent experience\n1-3 years of experience in sales in the aerospace industry\nKnowledge in OEM and general aerospace business environment\nKnowledge and understanding of aircraft parts and aerospace requirements\nKnowledge of inventory practices and general aerospace requirements regarding same.\nSelf-starter that shows initiative in improvements and in helping the company grow\nAn understanding of and working knowledge of aerospace quality management practices and AS9120 requirements is helpful\nMust be computer savvy and learn company proprietary software programs\nProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite\nAbility to multitask and manage multiple projects\nSolid communication skills, verbal and written\nStrong attention to detail\nAbility to work interdepartmentally\nDemonstrates strong customer service attitude and demeanor\nTeamwork and leadership skills to raise our sales levels in the department\nSpecial Requirements:\n U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (Green Card holder) or asylee/refugee status as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) required. \nITAR requirement\n120.15.
