This position includes coordination between other departments within the company as well as vendors and customers to meet the company’s goals and objectives.\nWhat You'll Do (Responsibilities)\nWork directly with customers to assess their needs and requirements to facilitate a successful quotation for the customers' consideration \nGenerally, portray and represent the company to customers and promote the company’s ideals, products, services, and provide excellent customer service always \nWith the first two requirements in mind, move the customer to a position where they rely on and order from the company their aircraft requirements on a regular basis. \nFormulating pricing strategies to successfully capture orders Developing new opportunities for business to existing customers as well as developing new accounts\nBegins each task or project with the end in mind \nDrives for results and success; conveys a sense of urgency; pursues goals and works to achieve them \nPerform other duties as assigned \nWhat You Bring (Qualifications & Skills):\nMust have a high school education or equivalent experience \nMust be able to effectively utilize software programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook \nAn understanding of and working knowledge of aerospace quality management practices and AS9120 requirements is helpful \nKnowledge in OEM and general aerospace business environment \nAbility to multitask and manage multiple projects \nDemonstrates strong customer service attitude and demeanor \nSolid communication skills, verbal and written \nStrong attention to detail \nAbility to work interdepartmentally \nSpecial Requirements:\n U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (Green Card holder) or asylee/refugee status as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) required. \nITAR requirement\n120.15.
